Agreement

These terms govern your use of the Bookmore Jobs website and lead generation service. By submitting a form, accepting leads, or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of your business.

About Bookmore Jobs

Bookmore Jobs provides exclusive bathroom remodel leads for contractors.

SMS Program

Bookmore Jobs operates an SMS/text message program to communicate with contractors about leads and service updates. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

We do not share mobile numbers with third parties/affiliates for their marketing.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

What we provide

We run advertising campaigns in your service area, qualify homeowners interested in bathroom remodeling work, and deliver those leads to you by SMS and email. Each lead is exclusive to one contractor in the agreed service area — we do not resell or share the same lead with another company.

Month-to-month service

Service runs month to month. There is no long-term contract. You may pause, adjust your agreed lead volume, or cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. Lead volume targets are good-faith estimates and depend on market demand, seasonality, and ad platform conditions.

Your responsibilities

Respond to leads promptly and professionally.
Hold and maintain all licenses, insurance, and permits required to perform bathroom remodeling work in your area.
Contact homeowners only in connection with their request, and comply with all applicable calling, texting, and privacy laws.
Keep lead information confidential and use it only for your own business.

Lead credits

If a lead is clearly invalid or unreachable — for example a wrong number, a duplicate, or a contact outside your agreed service area or project types — notify us within 72 hours of delivery and we will credit or replace it. Leads that simply decline your quote, choose another contractor, or delay their project are not eligible for credit.

Billing

Fees are agreed in writing before service begins and are billed for each service period. Amounts already earned are non-refundable except through the lead credit process described above.

No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee a specific number of jobs booked, revenue, or close rate. Results depend on your pricing, responsiveness, sales process, and market conditions.

Intellectual property

The Bookmore Jobs name, site content, campaigns, and materials remain our property. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute them.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits.

Termination

Either party may end the service with written notice. We may suspend or terminate service immediately for non-payment or misuse of lead data.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will post the revised version here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the change.
