Bookmore Jobs provides exclusive bathroom remodel leads for contractors.

This policy explains what information we collect from contractors who contact us or use our lead service, and how we handle it.

Homeowners

If you fill out our bathroom remodel form or a Facebook/Meta Instant Form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, and project type. We may call or text you about your request. We share your request with one local bathroom remodeler in your area. We do not sell your information or send it to a list of other companies. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.

Information we collect

• Contact details you submit: name, company name, phone number, and email address.
• Business details: service area and the monthly lead volume you are interested in.
• Basic technical data from your visit, such as pages viewed and general device or browser information.

How we use your information

• To respond to your request and build a lead plan for your market.
• To deliver leads to you by SMS, phone, and email.
• To provide support, billing, and account communication for your month-to-month plan.
• To improve our targeting, qualification, and service quality.

Mobile information and text messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not share mobile numbers with third parties/affiliates for their marketing.

SMS and call consent

By submitting your phone number, you agree that Bookmore Jobs may contact you by phone call and text message (SMS) about your inquiry, your lead plan, and lead delivery. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies based on your lead volume. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchase.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out of texts, or HELP for assistance. Opting out of marketing texts may also stop automated lead-delivery texts, so let us know if you would prefer email-only delivery instead. You can ask us to stop calling at any time by replying to any email or telling us during a call.

We do not sell your personal information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the business (for example hosting, database, email, and messaging providers), and only as needed for them to perform that work, or when required by law.

Homeowner information in leads

Leads we deliver contain homeowner contact and project details. You agree to use that information only to quote and perform the requested bathroom remodeling work, to comply with applicable calling and texting laws, and to honor any homeowner request to stop being contacted.

Data retention and security

We keep contractor and lead records for as long as needed to run the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify them. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we store, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of marketing messages at any time. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

Our service is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here with a new "last updated" date.
